Unique Pizza Instructions:

Making a Potato Dough:

Starting with the legendary Ingredient, one giant Potato, we must peel it off. I usually believe that chopping vegetables is the highest point at which your objectives, attention, and love of the recipe combine into the meal. As a result, we normally present that area in more detail in our films. Also, ASMR of potato peeling will confirm what I’m saying:). Do you like this golden peeler? When I saw it, I said to myself, “My Lord, I want this.”

It’s time to shred the potato; the more we shred it into little bits, the better it will suit the purpose. We chose to capture ASMR of potato grating on grater so you may appreciate that action.

Add plain water to the shredded potatoes and begin washing the potato starch with your fingertips. And then drain the water.

Once the potatoes have been shredded, toss them in a bowl with a couple of (2) eggs. Mix in 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 cup all-purpose flour using a big spoon. The substance will be thick and pasty, as necessary.

Preparing Pizza Dough:

Begin with 1 Tablespoon Clarified Butter on a flat pan. It’s now time to add the shredded potato matter that we formed previously. Spread evenly in the pan and cook for at least 5 minutes on low heat so that it does not burn.

I’m using a high-quality nonstick pan. One side is done before flipping the pan to cook the other side.

Pizza Topping:

When the dough (base) is finished, add the pizza sauce, which is the first step in making it taste like pizza ;). Spread out on the sauced base and top with Mozzarella Cheese.

I used chicken nuggets chopped into little pieces, but you may use whatever topping you choose, such as cooked chicken or beef.

If you prefer your pizza cheesier, we can top it with Cheddar Cheese and additional Mozzarella Cheese. Add in the green capsicum, tomato, and onion ( make sure we cut these vegetables in small pieces ).

It’s time to amp up the heat with chili flakes and oregano.

Cover the pizza with a cover or plate and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. The goal is to melt the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses while mixing in the veggies.

Pizza with no yeast and no oven:

Ah ! my favorite part plate out the pizza :) take it out of pan with love and care. Serve the triangular pieces with tea or your preferred beverage.

Some things to consider in process of making Grated Potato Pizza

If you pre-heat your pan, the pizza base will burn, the toppings will not cook, and the cheese will not melt.

To prevent the base from burning, cook the pizzas over a medium heat.

Cover and heat for 4-5 minutes to fully melt the cheese. The steam produced will cook the toppings and melt the cheese.

For these pizzas, I adore using Mozzarella. Because it melts quickly and has that ideal stringiness. If you’re using a processed cheese like Amul or Britannia, brush it with olive oil to help it melt properly.

Variations include:

You may use any sauces you choose; I chose pizza sauce. You may use a basic sauce or the one I used in the beef burger film, which is available in our video library.

Toppings may include mushrooms, olives, jalapenos, or pineapple, which some people like ( I like pineapple but not in this recipe )

Finally, the oven:

I prepared this recipe without an oven since many people asked for pan pizza choices. However, you may prepare this pizza in the oven as well; the only difference will be that the melting cheese will change at some time.
